Very good condition with only minor signs of wear. Last four pages with minor evidence of a faded dampstain (only peripheral). Extremely rare publication. A second Volume was published one year later, in 1787, but the first Volume is complete in itself. Contemporary drawing and name (″Brodrick”) on rear pastedown.

Hardcover / Original 18th century full calf with gilt lettering and spinelabels. Excellent condition with minor tear to the corner of one of the contents-pages. Interior bright and clean on excellent paper. Provenance: From the library of Edward Supple [Supple’s Court near Castlemartyr, County Cork], with the name “Ed Supple” in ink to the titlepages of each Volume. / Subsequently from the library of Daniel Conner.
