Front pastedown contains ‘Erik Haugaard’ Exlibris dated 1974. With navy colour decorated top edges. ‘This book was designed and five hundred copies were printed by Sebastian Carter at the Rampant Lions Press, Cambridge. This type is 12 point Times New Roman set by the Stellar Press, with displayed matter in Hunt Roman; the paper is Zerkall Silurian; the lino-cuts were printed from the original blocks. The binding, in specially designed patterned paper boards, was by Woolnough of Wellingborough. This is number 174.’
