Nuremberg, Christoph Riegel, 1696. Beautifully Framed. Size of frame with the copper engraving: 54.5 cm x 45.5 cm. Size of the actual engraving: c. 44 cm x 35.5 cm. Excellent condition.

Size of the actual engraving: 36 cm x 24 cm. Frame with some minor signs of wear (rubbing to the frame with some discoloration). The engraving in excellent conditon with only faint signs of a former fold to upper left corner.

Original hand-coloured copper engraved vue d’optique. Paris, Mondhare, [c.1750-1780]. Plate Size: 38.7 cm x 23.2 cm. Sheet Size: 44.7 cm x 28. 6 cm Original print. In very good, actually remarkable, condition. Clean and crisp and radiant impression, with only the faintest trace of browning. Some very minor traces of light staining to outer margin corner.

Original Etching. Naples, c.1930. Beautifully Framed. Size of frame with etching: 42 cm x 50 cm. Size of actual etching: c. 38 cm x 30 cm. This original etching from the original plate comes from the estate of the artist and was posthumesly titled by the son of Paul Geissler. The etching is signed in the plate and has been produced probably after the 2nd world war. The german art critic Richard Braungart place Geissler “among the german masters of landscape and architectural etching”.

Original, vintage etching by Sir Ernest George. Signed in the plate, not in pencil ! Only very faint signs of some foxing. Beautifully mounted and framed (see images). With descriptive Letterpress by Ernest George (included is a wonderful historic explanation regarding this old location in London by Ernest George).
