Original Hardcover, red cloth with gilt lettering to spine and cover. Very good+ condition with some signs of external wear. Previous owner’s name to front free endpaper in ink. Binding firm, endpapers firm. Spine slightly faded and rear cover with some light blemishes only. Gilt excellent. Only very minor signs of foxing. Very Scarce !

Hardcover / Original, illustrated publisher’s red cloth with gilt lettering on spine and gilt illustration to front board. Poor but firm condition with endpapers to front and rear perfectly attached. Some some minor staining to some pages. Wonderful collection of short stories by Doyle.
