Additionally monogrammed by Ashton on the frontispiece (Monogramm in exchange for his photographed head). With some ephemera (Programme for Ashton’s funeral together with an amusing newspaper-clipping in which the co-author of the book on Ashton, John Selwyn Gilbert, writes to a newspaper and complains about being omitted as the co-author in a recent article).
