4. Germany – Blaeu, Willem J. (1571 – 1638).

Original hand-coloured engraving. Amsterdam Blaeu, [1638]. Plate Size: 51.4 cm x 38 cm. Sheet Size: 56.5 cm x 47 cm. Original and rare map. In very good, clean condition. Minor tear to lower edge at center-fold. French text on reverse.

Original hand-coloured copper-engraving. Nürnberg, Homannianorum Heredum, 1733. Plate Size: 49.1 cm x 57.8 cm. Sheet Size: 54.5 cm x 77 cm. Original map. In good- condition. Some browning and damp-staining evident to outer margins. Some minor imperfections to outer margins also. Sign of damge to map detail near center fold at right border. Discreet duplicate library stamps in Polish and inked annotation on reverse.

Repaired tears to centre-fold. Slight hint of glue-staining along centre-fold. Faintest trace of browning to outer margins only.

8. Holland – Schenk, Petrus. (1660-1711).

Browning evident as is a tear near lower centre fold. Some inked underlining to place names. Minor inked numeration in margin at top right corner. Slight crease on verso sheet. Discreet duplicate stamp from library in Poland on reverse.
